WWI Records - Draft Cards

Draft cards are listed in alphabetical order by the registrant's last name. It’s important to note that there was a different registration card used for each of the three registration dates, so some of the information required on each card does vary. The basic information provided on draft registration cards includes: Full name of registrant, home address, birth date, birth location, whether native born, naturalized citizen, alien, declared intention, non-citizen or citizen Indian, race, occupation, physical description, and in many cases father's birthplace and nearest relative.
