This database gives information from a report completed by the board of managers of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers for the fiscal year ending 30 June 1895. The records contain lists of soldiers admitted to various homes across the United States. Information includes name of soldier, company or regiment, rank, length of service, nativity, age, pension per month, disability, where admitted from, occupation, married or single, whether able to read and write, when admitted, and their current status as of the report.
